Orcool provides creative intelligence tools that transform market signals and customer feedback into test-ready advertising assets.
Services may include:
Insight and signal analysis
Concept and script generation
Video creative production
Performance-oriented workflows
2. Use of Reviews & Endorsements
By using the Services, you confirm that:
Any content you provide is lawful and you have rights to use it
Public content is used in accordance with applicable platform and FTC rules
Any dramatized or inspired content is clearly disclosed as such
Orcool does not produce deceptive or misleading endorsements.
3. Pricing & Payments
Pricing is provided separately and may change with notice.
Services are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Overdue accounts may be suspended.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the Services lawfully
Not submit misleading or infringing content
Maintain confidentiality of access credentials
Not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform
5. Intellectual Property
Orcool retains ownership of its software, systems, and workflows
You retain ownership of your submitted data
Generated outputs are licensed to you for advertising use unless otherwise agreed
6. Availability
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific performance outcomes.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orcool’s total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Orcool harmless from claims arising from your content or misuse of the Services.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, access to Services and unused credits may be revoked.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
12. Changes to Terms
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Orcool.

We do not fabricate reviews, endorsements, or engagement signals.
